For Chocolate Cup

  • 2 bars Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate (plain), chopped into smaller piecesBuy
  • 2 tbsp salted butter

For the Filling

  • 1 bar Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate (plain)
  • A bowl of raspberries and blueberries or chopped mixed fruits of your choice
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • ⅓ cup caster sugar

For the Garnish

  • A few mint leaves

Cooking Instructions

  1. Step 01

    Chocolate Cup: Place the chopped Dairy Milk bars in a large glass bowl.

  2. Step 02

    Place the bowl over a pot of simmering water. Stir continuously until chocolate has completely melted.

  3. Step 03

    Generously butter the outer surface of the glass bowls, place upside down in a large tray.

  4. Step 04

    Use only1/3 of the melted chocolate and slowly pour over the outer surface of all six bowls. Immediately place in the freezer for 10–12 minutes. Remove and repeat this step twice.

  5. Step 05

    Remember to separate the chocolate covered bowl from the tray each time after removing from the freezer.

  6. Step 06

    Gently separate the chocolate covering from the glass bowl.

  7. Step 07

    Filling: Mix all the chopped fruits in a large bowl and toss with lemon juice and sugar.

  8. Step 08

    Place the fruits in each bowl.

  9. Step 09

    Melt the remaining Dairy Milk bar and drizzle over the fruits before serving.

  10. Step 10

    Garnish with mint leaves.
