Cooking Instructions
-
Step 01
Take a kadhai. Warm up the full-fat milk blended chhena with one Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate packet in the kadhai. Gradually, add the milk powder.
-
Step 02
After the mixture is well-combined, add the sugar, ghee, salt, cocoa water, and the chenna sugar mix. Mix well.
-
Step 03
Lower the flame and stir until it becomes like a soft dough. Once done, switch off the flame.
-
Step 04
Once the dough begins to cool down, add the chilli flakes and orange zest. Mix well.
-
Step 05
Now, take a small portion of the mixture and mould it into a bowl shape. Fill it with grated Dairy Milk Chocolate and then wrap it to make a perfect ball.
-
Step 06
Put some of the grated Dairy Milk Chocolate around the chenna ball. Place a piece of Dairy Milk Chocolate on top, and Spicy Orange Chocolate Sandesh is ready.
-
Step 07
Keep the Spicy Orange Chocolate Sandesh in the fridge for 10-15 minutes to better enjoy the taste of Dairy Milk, chilli flakes and orange.
-
Step 08
Slice the oranges. Neatly lay them out on the plate, and place one sandesh on each slice. Your Spicy Orange Chocolate Sandesh is ready!
