210 g chopped almonds, preferably roasted

Step 01
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
Step 02
Place the chopped Silk Roast Almond bar in a large glass bowl. Place the bowl over a pot of simmering water. Stir continuously until the chocolate has completely melted.
Step 03
Beat the eggs and stir in sugar, vanilla essence, salt and flour until well combined. Add the chocolate into this mixture followed by the almonds.
Step 04
Butter a baking pan and spoon in the raw brownie mixture.
Step 05
Bake for 35 minutes at 180 degrees C or until the brownie is moist but not unable to hold its shape. Let it cool.
