For the Ice Cream Cake

  • 36 nos Oreo CookiesBuy
  • 2 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 6 cups Vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1½ cups Whipped cream
  • 2 tbsp Chocolate fudge
  • 2 tbsp Salted caramel

Directions

  1. Step 01

    Take a bowl. Add 16 Oreo Cookies. Crush them until they turn into fine powder.

  2. Step 02

    Add the melted butter. Mix well.

  3. Step 03

    Take a 9-inch springform pan. Press the Oreo mix into the bottom of the pan. Cover it with the softened vanilla ice cream.

  4. Step 04

    For the next layer, cover the ice cream with 16 Oreo Cookies. Top it up with one cup of whipped cream.

  5. Step 05

    Freeze for four hours or until firm.

  6. Step 06

    Run a knife around the rim of the pan, so the cake stops sticking to it. Remove the rim to take the cake out of the pan.

  7. Step 07

    Drizzle chocolate fudge on the cake and then top it up with the salted caramel.

  8. Step 08

    Take the remaining Oreo Cookies and cut them in half.

  9. Step 09

    Use as a garnish for the cake. Add the remaining whipped cream as a topping just before serving. Salted Caramel Oreo Ice Cream Cake is ready!
