- 15 g Baking white chocolate, melted

- 225 g Semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted

- 450 g Semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted

- 1½ cups Cream cheese, softened
- 54 nos Oreo Cookies, finely crushedBuy
- ⅓ cup Raspberry jam
- ⅓ cup Dried cranberries, chopped
- ⅓ cup Baking white chocolate, melted
- 3 drops Red food coloring
- 3¾ cups Semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted
For the Cookie Balls
- 337.5 g Cream cheese, softened
- 54 nos Oreo Cookies, finely crushedBuy
- 105 g Raspberry jam
- 52.5 g Dried cranberries, chopped
- 45 g Baking white chocolate, melted
- 3 drops Red food coloring
- 675 g Semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted

Cooking Instructions

Step 01
Take a bowl. Add the softened cream cheese, finely crushed Oreo Cookies, raspberry jam and chopped cranberries. Mix until well-combined.

Make 48 1-inch balls out of the mixture. Freeze for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine the baking white chocolate and red food colouring. Mix until well blended.

Take a shallow pan. Line it with waxed paper.

Step 05
Dip the balls in the melted semi-sweet baking chocolate. Place them in a single layer on the prepared pan.

Step 06
Drizzle the pink chocolate mix on top. Refrigerate for an hour or until firm.
