Cooking Instructions
-
Step 01
Mix the cream cheese and Oreo Cookie crumbs until well-combined.
-
Step 02
Take a rimmed baking sheet. Line it with waxed paper.
-
Step 03
Make 48 (1-inch) balls out of the mixture. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
-
Step 04
Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
-
Step 05
Dip the balls, one at a time, in the melted white chocolate. Turn them around so that each corner is evenly coated with the chocolate. Put them back on the baking sheet. Let the excess chocolate assemble at the bottom of the ball.
-
Step 06
Immediately decorate with the white jelly beans and black sprinkles to resemble the heads of the ghost cookie balls. If required, use the remaining melted white chocolate to ensure that they stay in place.
-
Step 07
Refrigerate for an hour or until firm. Oreo Ghost Cookie Balls are ready! Enjoy, and remember to put the leftover cookie balls in the fridge.
