Step 01
Take a rimmed baking sheet. Cover it with parchment paper.

Take the Oreo Cookies. Split them in half.

Place the cookies, outer side at the bottom, in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Take a bowl. Add the cheesecake. Deform it by spreading it out and mixing it.

Add about 1tbsp of the cheesecake mixture on 12 cookie halves. Cover them with the remaining cookie halves so you get 12 sandwiches.

One at a time, dip half of each cookie sandwich into the melted baking chocolate.

Return to the prepared baking sheet. Immediately top with the orange sprinkles.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until the cheesecake becomes firm.
