For No Bake Cadbury Lemon Cake
- 3 bars Cadbury Bournville 50% Dark Chocolate, chopped into smaller piecesBuy
- 1 cup crushed digestive biscuits
- ⅓ cup condensed milk
- ⅓ tsp lemon essence
- zest of 1 fresh lemon
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¼ tsp salt
Combine the digestive biscuits, condensed milk, lemon essence and zest.
Line a baking tin and pat the mixture down to make an even base.
Place the chopped Bournville bars in a large glass bowl. Place the bowl over a pot of simmering water. Stir continuously until chocolate has almost completely melted.
In a pot over medium heat, mix the melted chocolate, heavy cream and salt. Stir until fully combined.
Pour over the cooled base. Refrigerate for 40-50 minutes before slicing.
