Blend the Oreos until it has a crumb-like texture.
Mix the softened cream cheese, Oreo crumbs, chopped Silk Oreo bar and peppermint essence until well combined.
Form 1-inch-sized balls. Refrigerate to set.
Place the chopped Dairy Milk Silk bars in a large glass bowl. Place the bowl over a pot of simmering hot water. Stir continuously until completely melted.
Dip the balls in the melted chocolate and place in the refrigerator to set.
Drizzle with melted white chocolate (optional).
