- 1½ bars Cadbury Bournville 50% Dark Chocolate, chopped into smaller piecesBuy
- 1 tbsp salted butter
- ½ cup condensed milk
- 1¼ tsp mint essence

- 2½ tsp mint essence

- 300 g condensed milk
- 2.5 tsp mint essence

- 120 g Cadbury Bournville 50% Dark Chocolate, chopped into smaller piecesBuy
- 45 g salted butter
- 450 g condensed milk
- 3.75 tsp mint essence

Cooking Instructions

Step 01
Place the chopped Bournville bars in a large glass bowl. Place the bowl over a pot of simmering water. Stir continuously until chocolate has completely melted.

Stir in the butter.

In a large bowl, combine the chocolate, condensed milk and mint essence, and vigorously stir until fully combined.

Immediately spoon in the mixture on a buttered baking tray. Pat it into an even layer. Cover and refrigerate for 2-2½ hours.

Remove from the refrigerator and cut into squares.
