For Mint Chocolate Fudge
- 3 bars Cadbury Bournville 50% Dark Chocolate, chopped into smaller piecesBuy
- 2 tbsp salted butter
- 1 cup condensed milk
- 2½ tsp mint essence
Place the chopped Bournville bars in a large glass bowl. Place the bowl over a pot of simmering water. Stir continuously until chocolate has completely melted.
Stir in the butter.
In a large bowl, combine the chocolate, condensed milk and mint essence, and vigorously stir until fully combined.
Immediately spoon in the mixture on a buttered baking tray. Pat it into an even layer. Cover and refrigerate for 2-2½ hours.
Remove from the refrigerator and cut into squares.
