Steps

Place a strainer over a large bowl. Spread cheese cloth over the strainer.

Add curd, bring all the edges together. tie and hung for 7-8 hours.

Add powdered sugar, cadbury cocoa powder, fresh cream, cardamom powder and whisk well.

Garnish with chironji, pista, almonds and serve along with puri.
