Measure the ingredients - Cadbury Cocoa Powder, caster sugar, salt, cornstarch, whole milk, Cadbury Bournville, butter and vanilla extract.
In a heavy saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch and salt. Mix well.
Add milk gradually. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Add Bournville and stir the boiling mixture continuously for 2 minutes, until the chocolate melts. Keep stirring till the mixture thickens.
Remove from heat. Stir in butter and vanilla extract. Set aside.
Measure the ingredients: Cadbury Bournvita Biscuits, whipped cream and Cadbury Gems.
Add crushed Cadbury Bournvita Biscuits to each serving glass/dish.
Add the chocolate sauce to each serving glass/dish.
Keep chilled until serving.
Garnish with whipped cream and Cadbury Gems, if desired.
