In a bowl, add refined flour, baking soda, cadbury cocoa powder and mix well. keep aside.

In another bowl, add butter, castor sugar and whisk well.

Now add eggs, vanilla essence and whisk well.

Add milk and whisk well.

Add dry ingredients in wet ingredients bowl and mix well.

Scoop out the mixture and place on a lined baking tray.

Bake at 170 degree celsius for 7- 8 minutes.

Place mashmallow on each cookies and bake at 170 degree celsius for 2-3 minutes.

Drizzle melted cadbury dairy milk on top.
