Steps

Mix refined flour, Cadbury Cocoa Powder, rawa, milk powder and powder sugar in a bowl.

Now add luke warm milk and whisk well until there are no lumps and the batter is smooth.

Place a ring mould in centre of a pan with hot ghee. Ladle out one portion of the batter into the mould and fry the malpua from one side.

Remove the mould and flip over the malpua and cook it from the other side.

Soak the fried malpua in sugar syrup. Remove.

Garnish with cashew nuts, almond and pista. Serve.
