For the Cheesy Oreo Cookie Balls
- 1 cup Cream cheese, softened
- 3 cups Finely crushed Oreo CookiesBuy
- 2 cups Baking white chocolate, melted
- 1 tbsp Multi-coloured (orange, white and green) sprinkles
Take a bowl. Add the cream cheese and crushed Oreo cookies. Mix until well-combined.
Make small 1-inch balls out of the mixture. This should amount to a total of 48 balls.
Take a rimmed baking sheet covered with waxed paper. Place the chocolate balls on the sheet in a single layer. Freeze for 10 minutes.
Once done, take the cookie balls and, one at a time, dip them into the melted baking white chocolate. Ensure that each corner is covered with the white chocolate.
Take it out and shake it gently to remove the excess chocolate. Place it back on the baking sheet. Top with sprinkles.
Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.
Cheesy Oreo Cookie Balls are ready! Enjoy and remember to put the leftover cookie balls back in the fridge.
