Place the heavy cream in the freezer for 7-8 minutes.
Vigorously stir in the Bournvita until fully combined.
Use an electric mixer to mix the heavy cream until it stands in peaks.
Fold in the condensed milk until fully incorporated.
Fold the chopped 5 Star and Crackle bars into the mixture along with the Gems.
Place in a container and cover it. Place in the freezer for 3-4 hours until texture is ice cream-like.
