For the Dough
- 2 packets Cadbury Dairy Milk ChocolateBuy
- Cold water (as required)
- 1 cup Maida
- ¼ tbsp Baking soda
- 2½ tbsp Melted Ghee
- ¾ tbsp Hung curd
- White oil (as required)
- Sugar syrup (as required)
For the Filling
- 2 packets Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate
Take two packs of Dairy Milk Chocolate and grate them.
Take a bowl. Add cold water, maida, baking soda, melted ghee, hung curd and the grated Cadbury Dairy Milk. Mix thoroughly to prepare the dough.
Make small circular balls from the dough. Put a small piece of Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate inside each ball as the stuffing. Mould each dough ball into the shape of Balushahi.
Fry the dough balls on a low flame until they turn golden brown.
Dip them into the sugar syrup for one minute. Cadbury Dairy Balushahi is ready!
