For the Dough

  • 2 packets Cadbury Dairy Milk ChocolateBuy
  • Cold water (as required)
  • 1 cup Maida
  • ¼ tbsp Baking soda
  • 2½ tbsp Melted Ghee
  • ¾ tbsp Hung curd
  • White oil (as required)
  • Sugar syrup (as required)

For the Filling

  • 2 packets Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate

Cooking Instructions

  1. Step 01

    Take two packs of Dairy Milk Chocolate and grate them.

  2. Step 02

    Take a bowl. Add cold water, maida, baking soda, melted ghee, hung curd and the grated Cadbury Dairy Milk. Mix thoroughly to prepare the dough.

  3. Step 03

    Make small circular balls from the dough. Put a small piece of Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate inside each ball as the stuffing. Mould each dough ball into the shape of Balushahi.

  4. Step 04

    Fry the dough balls on a low flame until they turn golden brown.

  5. Step 05

    Dip them into the sugar syrup for one minute. Cadbury Dairy Balushahi is ready!
