225 g condensed milk
322.5 g brown sugar
255 g honey

Directions
Step 01
In a large microwaveable bowl, mix the butter, condensed milk, sugar, honey, salt and lemon extract.
Step 02
Microwave on High for 7 minutes. Halfway through, remove from the oven and stir vigorously.
Step 03
Butter a tray and pour the mixture in this tray. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 04
Place the chopped Bournville bars in a large glass bowl. Place the bowl over a pot of simmering water. Stir continuously until chocolate has completely melted.
Step 05
Drizzle the chocolate on the cooled lemon caramels. Refrigerate again until it sets.
Step 06
Cut into squares and spoon into jars. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
