For Bournvita Fudge
- 10 tbsp Cadbury BournvitaBuy
- ¼ cup salted butter
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup condensed milk
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup sugar
Mix butter, milk and condensed milk in a pot over medium heat.
Stir in the salt, sugar and Bournvita and place on high heat until the sugar dissolves.
Reduce the heat to medium and continue to stir. The mixture will thicken and start gaining shape. It will proceed into a softball shape.
Place the fudge in a bowl in an ice-water bath. Beat the mixture until it is cool but still liquid. Pour immediately into a greased tin and place in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes.
Cut into 1.5-inch-squares.
