- 375 g Castor Sugar
- 30 ml Brandy

Grate cadbury bournville and keep aside.

Cream butter and half cup castor sugar in a bowl. Once it's light and creamy add remaining castor sugar and whisk well.

Now add eggs and brandy. Mix well.

Add refined flour grated cadbury bournville and mix well.

Transfer this batter to a baking dish. sprinkle almond flakes and grated cadbury bournville on the top.

Bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

Cool it down and demould. sprinkle grated cadbury bournville on the top and serve.
